These are the dates still open for a private party.
Birthdays, teams, church groups, bachelorette afternoons and school classes. We dye in the back room, you take the shirts home wet in a bag, and they get rinsed at your house the next day. Eight people minimum, twenty-two maximum, and a date is not yours until the deposit is in.
How a party actually runs
- Pick a date off the calendar and call. We hold it for five days without money, which is enough time to check with the other parents.
- A $60 deposit holds it for real. It comes off the final bill. Cancel more than a week out and it moves to another date rather than disappearing.
- Tell us the headcount three days ahead. That is the number we buy blanks and mix dye for, and it is the number you are billed for even if two people do not show.
- Two hours in the back room. Fold, tie, dye, bag. Gloves and aprons are ours. Wear something you have already ruined.
- Everything goes home wet. Sealed bags, one per person, labeled. Rinse cold the next morning, wash alone the first time. The instruction card is in the bag.

Yes, closed Thursday and open Friday. It confuses everyone, including us, so it is printed here rather than left for you to find out at the door. Finished shirts, hoodies, socks and tote bags are on the rack during those hours, and the back room is usually mid-party, which you are welcome to look at through the door.
